Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

We strive to maintain complete customer satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to exchange their purchase for a brand new one. Our Policy for the exchange will be as follows:

• We do not accept return or exchange of products for size related issues. So please double check your size and measurements using the size chart present on the product page before placing the order. We are proud of our near-perfect size charts, which will help you pick the right fit.

• We only accept exchange or returns of products for printing defects / wrong or defective product.

• Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any size / quality issue within 24 hours of delivery along with video evidence. After 24 hours, no exchange or return request will be processed.

• In the event, if you had received an incorrect/damaged product, we will either exchange the product or provide you with Store credits (excluding COD and/or shipping charges) in the form Coupon which can be used for the next purchase. (Provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.)

• You can place a new order for the same or different product using the Store credit/Coupon.

• You will be required to send us pictures of the product to confirm your claims.

• We will not process refunds for clothes that have been worn, washed or soiled. C’mon that’s just fair!

• Size Issue: We follow the Indian Size Chart, customers are required to refer the size chart before ordering, there will be no exchange for size issues. Please check the right size using the size chart provided in the product page at the time of placing the order. Exchanges won’t be entertained for incorrectly placed orders from the customers. Thus, customers are requested to check the right size using the size chart provided in the product page at the time of placing order.

 

Process for requesting a Refund:

• Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any incorrect / quality issue within 24 hours of delivery along with video evidence. After 24 hours, no exchange or return request will be processed.

• Video evidence is mandatory in case of damaged or incorrect items. It is advisable to record the package being opened and then focusing on the product in order to ensure smooth support in the event the product is incorrect or damaged.

Note: Failure to comply with these requirements might result in the denial of the refund / exchange request. To reiterate, wash related, size related or improper care related damages are not entitled to exchanges/refunds/returns. Kindly check the purchase page or neck label of the product for wash related information.

Additionally, kindly note that it isn’t always possible for us to show the exact product through certain images online. There may be sometimes be a slight difference in color, texture, design, etc. Such cases are not entitled to exchanges/refunds/returns.

• You can place an exchange request from your account dashboard or from here: Exchange Request Form.

• We will validate your exchange request and once it is approved, we will ship the new replacement product or offer refund in the form of Coupon. (According to your choice).

• We need a minimum of 7-11 business days to ship the new product back to you.

Cancellation:

• If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, you can do it before the product gets printed / shipped. The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 1 hour of placing the order.

• You can cancel your order from the My orders page.

• The Cancel option will only be available for 1 hour after placing the order.

• Once the cancellation is done, we will process your refund (for non COD orders) within 7-10 business days.

• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
