Shipping Policy

• As of now, we only ship within India. We will soon be available in other countries. 🙂

• Orders are usually delivered within 5 – 11 business days depending on the location. But don’t worry, most times your order will be dispatched and delivered much sooner than we promise.

• Though we have been making our products for quite some time, we are just opening our online shop. As such, we are giving ourselves a little extra breathing room to fulfil orders. We would rather Underpromise and Over-deliver than to do it the other way around. 🙂

• Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, weather conditions, national holidays / festivals et all.

• Kindly ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid loss/delay/misplacement or RTO of package. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

• As such, also ensure to submit the correct phone number and address as the same will be used for delivery. While assistance will be available, loss of package due to incorrect information must be borne by the customer.

• It depends on the type/combination of products that you have ordered. We have different vendors for different products so your order might reach you in different packages.

• Pre-Paid Orders: We offer Free shipping across India for prepaid orders with order values greater than ₹500/- and a charge of ₹50/- for orders below ₹500/-.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We charge a nominal convenience charge of ₹50/- for all COD orders. This extra charge goes to our logistics partners for COD fulfilment. Please note that the COD option is only available for orders values below ₹1000/-

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via email with the Tracking ID or Tracking Link once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same. If you have any other query, write to us at support@cnfdnz.club or click the live chat icon in the bottom right corner, and your issue will be addressed.

• We will immediately send a confirmation email once we receive an order. However, If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Spam, which will allow our future emails to get through.

• There might be a rare occurrence where you may not find the email in Inbox or Spam folder. This means that the email sent to you has somehow become lost and undelivered. On such rare cases please intimate us at support@cnfdnz.club or use our live chat feature, so that we can send you the confirmation email manually.
